Started experimenting with cooking since the age of 14, trying my hand at Continental and Chinese dishes. This grew into a natural flair for cooking various cuisines including Mexican, Italian, Thai and also Indian specialties such as Bengali, Andhra and North Indian cuisines, vegetarian as well as non-veg. Being a Bengali with a natural sweet tooth (in fact I should say, sweet teeth) I also love

making a variety of desserts ranging from Sandesh, Mishti Doi to a Baked Cheesecake, Apple Crumble or a much loved Caramel Custard. I can whip up some awesome omelettes too. To further this passion for cooking, I started doing party orders ( customized to my clients' requirements be it a birthday party for kids or a private dinner party). I also take personalized cooking classes for my clients in the comfort of their own kitchens. I make homemade preserves with unique flavors (preservative free) which have become quite popular. Have lived an expat life and experimented with various cuisines, have entertained some very important guests at home with a much appreciated gourmet class home cooked meal.
