Yes, 100 % If Zero depreciation rider is there with Own damage cover.

If you are not having Zero depreciation rider and having Own damage coverage only, then 50% of amount is claimable.

If there is no OD coverage and you are having only Third Party coverge, expenses can not be claimable.

Hi Friends,

There is not much difference in premium amount when you take high sum assured or low sum assured health insurance plans. It is marginal difference. If you take high sum assured health insurance plans, you can avail more benefits like room category, other value added services.

For example, quotations for 10 lakh and 25 lakhs Sum assured Health Insurance. For 10 lakhs coverage for 45 year old individual, premium is 13,375 Rs and for 25 lakhs coverage health insurance, premium is 17,035 Rs.

For 4000Rs of premium, you are getting 15 lakhs more health insurance coverge, Sum Assurance doubles when there is no claim.

My suggestion is to take higher sum assured health insurance plan for you and your loved ones when you are taking health insurance.

This is Top up health Insurance plan, it is taken on top of base coverage.

Who can take this plan?
Salaried people. As companies provide 3 lakhs or 5 lakhs health insurance coverage for their employees and their families. As it is not sufficient nowadays, on top of 3 lakhs or 5 lakhs of base coverage, you can this plan with deductible of 3 lakhs or 5 lakhs. First 3 lakhs or 5 lakhs you can claim from office health Insurance, remaining amount of bill , you can claim from top up plan.

What is the benefit ?
Premium comes very less. You will get 10 lakhs of top up plan for whole family for 3 k Rs only.

I recommend each Car and bike owner to have Accident Guard plus plan. It provides below benefits
1. *Accidental death* - Incase of death, lumpsum amount will be given to nominee
2. *Disability benefits* - If you loose your legs , hands or any organs in the accidents, you will get lumpsum amount to run your life
3. *Hospitalization* : Apart from above, it takes care of Hospitalization expenses.
4 *. Loss of pay* : If you are in hospital for long time, you will get loss of pay from this plan.
5. *Loan benefit* - In the case of death due to accidents, I t will take care of remaining loan amount. Suppose you have home loan, Car loan, this plan pays the outstanding loan amount.
6. *Children education* : In case of death due to accidents, It takes care of 4 years of Education fees for 2 kids.
