You should never invest in self-development.

You should never take risks.

You should never learn new skills.

These were my thoughts while I was on the job.

I used to only focus on technical skills and acquire tech certifications to get promotions.

Always ignore personal development.

My year goal was to just get a 10-20 % hike in my current job.

How small thinking I had.

Now, I am thinking about how to build my brand.

How to create more impacts in human life.

How to inspire more people.

How to build my legacy.

How to build a movement.

My key learning is - 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗲𝘁.

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻'𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝘆𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝟵-𝟱 𝗷𝗼𝗯?

wealth creation is a different game that nobody discusses and teaches.

Here is my learning to create wealth and this applies to every economic era..this is the principle to create wealth..

You need two things -

Find a skill that has the potential to yield high earnings in the current economic era.

And, second. Choose one to many model to make money.

When I learned this principle I found myself cheated by my education system.

Why our education system doesn't teach this principle at the primary school level?

That's why I wouldn't say I like the typical job system.

I can't scale much in the job because this is a 1:1 model to create money.

Why did I start hating my job?

I came from a very poor family.

My father worked very hard to provide basic needs for us.

But he wanted me to live a good life.

So he did whatever was in his capacity to provide me with education.

I tried hard to get a degree.

My schooling was in Hindi medium.

So I struggled initially to face interviews.

And after many failures.

I GOT AN IT JOB.

I was very happy.

My father was so proud of me.

And I was enjoying this life for the last 10 years.

But gradually I was feeling stuck.

I was feeling burned out by working 12 hours a day.
I was missing my family time.
I started facing many health and mental issues.
But I didn’t know what to do.

One day while scrolling on social media.

I came across an ad to build a business around my knowledge.

So I started learning more about it.

I started investing in my self-investment.

I observed a huge shift in my mindset and the way I was looking at things.
I realized what I have achieved so far.

Many people want to achieve the same in the IT Profession.

So I thought if I can pass on my knowledge to ppl who need it.

This will transform their career and help them to grow.

That is how I converted my IT knowledge into a digital coaching business.

If a person like me coming from a humble background can start a job quitting digital business you can do it too.

I believe we can afford some change in career at some point of time.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝟵-𝟱 𝗜𝗧 𝗝𝗼𝗯.

I was told, If I got an IT job then my career was all set and I would make lots of money.

Yes, I got a job and getting stable money every month.

But today, I realize I was losing many things because of my job.

Here are those things that I was losing while doing my job -

I couldn't make multiple sources of income because couldn't develop high-income and wealth-creation skills.

I was losing a stress-free life.

I was losing time and boss freedom while doing my job.

I was losing building my legacy and brand.

I was losing my holistic personal development.

I was losing my passion which is teaching.

I was losing a great business opportunity in the digital and online space.

I was losing another way of making money.

This list can go on.

My point is there are many ways to create money and same time follow my passion. This is what I gained when I got away from the typical 9-5 job mentality.

I started my Career in IT too late.

There is 3 years career gap.

I used to notice the age gap between other freshers and myself when I joined my first company.

I found I am a bit late...used to think...bhai thoda late ho gaya..

But continued the job...

then I started a new venture at the age of 35...

started coaching people which is my passion.

sometimes I think am I late in this race?

but I convince myself, no man..its right time to begin..

there will be no perfect time...

Born in a middle family.

I always lacked wealth and money in life.

My parents taught me to study hard and get a job.

I did that.

Got a job in an IT MNC.

I thought I would create wealth and help my poor family.

I did it to some extent.

But still, I feel I haven't utilized my full potential.

I started studying rich people.

I found a pattern among all rich people.

All rich people have a different mindset than the average middle-class people.

I figured out the way to become wealthy is to elevate my mindset first.

Almost all rich people either invest their money to grow it or build businesses to create new wealth.

The middle-class mindset is always to seek jobs, and the rich mindset always seeks how to create jobs for others. Rich people have different kinds of skills.

When I understood this secret, I decided to change my mindset and skills.

And, I started the movement to help others like me to learn these steps and processes to build wealth.

Hence, started SIC - Second Income Club to help working professionals build wealth through either investing or creating business.
