Slow Ideation- Fast Design -Rapid Innovation - Repeat

Is our innovation crafting process!

Existing way is a haphazard way -

- Ideation Random
- Design absent or minimum
- Innovation is rapid implementation
- failure leading to trial and error loops - wherever we get some traction!

Muda -Mura-Muri is maximum !

Waste, Overburden and Variability in the process

- ideation is when you need to maximize variability

- design is when you need to focus on PIND - preferred Imagined needed and desired change

- Innovation is when develop, deploy, deduce loop of the 7D process is structured and well-thought-through the design and oriented to CRAFT the solution for each intervention or engagement with potential change target and impacted stakeholder, user or customer

*7D
Discover Define Describe (ideate)
Design (Design)
Develop Deploy (Innovate)
Deduce continuously through ideate Design Innovate repeat!

😊GREETINGS
WELCOME TO THE THIRD ISSUE OF VOLUME 2 QUARTER 2 CRAFITTI TIES (Thought Ignition Essays Series).
We have 14 NTMM essays and poems and 10 contributors to this issue of TIES.
We welcome Rajvi Shah (Rajvi) as the first-time contributor to TIES with her moving essay on cancer survivors. Discovering a bigger purpose in life makes them heroes. Kanwal Rai (KR) continues his “how can I forget – a series of delightful poetic expressions” that is continuing from previous issues of TIES. Garima Bhardwaj (GB) says that Crafitti TIES is a cognitive breather for writers. Her feedback gives us pure joy. The writer, every artist, scientist, engineer – anyone who wants to explore the “uncommon” – will connect with her point. There are moments in every creator, every maker and innovator’s life when just “breaths of fresh freedom” can uplift the spirits to carry on. Her essay titled “Full Stop”, however calls for finding the moment when the creator can finally detach from the creation. Indeed, a difficult moment.

Three essays by Rajshree Shukla 🇮🇳 (RS), Nilutpal Borah (NiBo), and Amit Kumar Mishra (AKM) provides insightful looks at the invention, innovation, and future that is emerging when AI-human collaboration reaches the next stage. It is however, important to keep the chance and tinkering of our efforts, as 3M “Post-it-notes” case in Rajshree essay suggests yet once we have invented, we must create a business model as Amit explains.

Anand Prakash (AP) returns to TIES with a poem asking for those moments in life when money, energy and time are equally and sufficiently available, a tall order indeed. Piyush Bhatnagar (PB) (Zyphyr) returns with a poem on Solitude that enables one to find the self. Cyril Danthi (CD) expands the just-in-time culture that optimizes our lives, perhaps too much, to get-it-in-time (GIT) that may help the world to find solace.

Rajshree Shukla (RS) offers three nano-poems that will open readers minds to new views. She has a knack of producing these regularly. Reader’s joy indeed. This issue of TIES ends with a poem by Navneet Bhushan (NB) on the value of stopping and chatting with the Sun and the Moon. The cover page of TIES is the full moon picture that he took, well, when perhaps, moon was talking to him 😊

The emergent theme of this issue of TIES – higher purpose is needed to be an innovator or a hero, it can be in adversity, exploring nature, future or solitude. We thank all our contributors to this and previous issues and look forward to welcome new and more essays in next issues of Crafitti TIES.
JOYFUL READING
NEXT ISSUE will be released on 22nd MAY 2026. Please send in your Nano, Tiny, Micro and Mini Essays to [email protected] in MS word format, as soon as you have written. More you send, better will be the TIES 😊!

😊GREETINGS

Wishing for a Joyful New Year 2026!

WELCOME TO THE FIRST ISSUE OF VOLUME 2 CRAFITTI TIES (Thought Ignition Essays Series).

We have 15 NTMM essays and poems and 11 contributors to this issue of TIES.
New year brings us our new contributor/author Dr. VEENA PACHORI (VP), she contributes breathtaking pictures that becomes the cover page of this issue of Crafitti TIES. She also contributes an essay with sketches made in 1980s when her younger self was in a dilemma to pursue fine arts or applied mathematics. I am sure our young readers will connect with the dilemma. Raghavendra Mithare. PCC (ICF). (Raghav/Ragz) continues with an essay on new year resolution dilemmas that everyone faces 😊. Rajshree Shukla 🇮🇳 Shukla (RS) offers two wonderful essays on the value of reading used books and in fact reading itself. This issue of TIES starts with a dreamy poem by Dr. Neeta Trivedi, PhD (NT). She not only sent the poem but also made excellent changes to the format of TIES, that we have incorporated with gratitude. Poems also are written by Navneet Bhushan (NB) and our regular TIES contributor (SAN). She also offers a sketch-collage along with her poem. The most prolific contributor of TIES, Cyril Danthi (CD), writes a beautiful essay on under give it a thought column, on how we React to situations that doesn’t need any. Kaushki Mishra (KM) insightfully explains the contrast between Indian investors to initial public offerings versus the global investors. AMITANAND G NEMA, PMP (AAN) continuing journey to explore his learnings on resilience – an emerging framework – becoming very interesting reading and in fact usable by all. Nilutpal Borah (NiBo) highlights the emergence of sustainability in different domains and fields. Amit Kumar Mishra (AKM) explains his unique insight on relative value assignment by users and investors for any invention or patent. Navneet Bhushan (NB) comprehensively explains the design and innovation centric warfare and how different companies can help India invent an innovation co-crafting nation. He also offers 8 meditations that one can practice to discover the self. Fascinating 😊.

Reading these essays and poems, we believe, will make you crave for more and ignite thoughts and feelings in your mind that will produce nano, tiny, micro and mini essays. If it does, please send them to us for the next issue(s) of TIES 😊.

We thank all our contributors to this and previous issues and look forward to welcome new and more essays in next issues of Crafitti TIES
