Responsibility:
· Strengthen Arogya World’s relationships with Healthy Workplaces
· Roll-out Arogya World Tools and Programs at Health Workplaces in coordination with the respective program teams
o Implement Lifestyle change online training sessions on a quarterly basis, and track participation of companies, engagement of the trained lifestyle coaches, and further roll-out within companies
o Manage MyThali rollout – including Nutritionist talks, Cafeteria menu audits, year long email campaign etc.
o Send communication package to all Healthy Workplaces and track uptake
o Offer additional programs such as mDiabetes, To***co free worksites, diabetes and heart disease awareness campaigns as they come up, in specific companies
· Deliver agreed goals by driving adoption and enhance the reach of Arogya programs with current and past Healthy Workplaces
· Coordinate impact assessment by supporting deployment of surveys among companies and employees working w/ the measurement team
· Maintain periodic reporting metrics for designated goals
Key Skills:
· 6-8 years’ experience in Program management preferably in Development sector or Not-for-profit
· Excellent communication and relationship management skills
· Stakeholder Management - Ability to Partner with external and internal stakeholders, including client teams to lead tools and program roll-out
· Demonstrate motivation, accountability and sense of urgency
· Must be adept in problem solving, planning and resource management
· Passion for contributing to society is a plus.
