Today, we at Seventh Sense Talent Solutions stand humbled and grateful as we acknowledge the profound impact of Ms. Sindhu Gangadharan Madam’s (SVP & MD SAP Labs India, Vice Chairperson of nasscom) unwavering support and guidance in our journey of empowerment. Her visionary leadership and steadfast commitment to our cause have been nothing short of transformative, infusing our endeavors with purpose and direction.

At the heart of our collective journey lies a shared commitment to creating opportunities and unlocking potential. Through our strategic collaboration with both UNDP in India and SAP Labs India on the initiative "Supporting College Entrepreneurs through Project Code Unnati", we have observed firsthand the tangible outcomes of empowerment in action.

As the Project Patron since 2021, with the invaluable direction and ongoing support from Ms. Sindhu Gangadharan Madam, we empowered over 7,000 youth to embark on their entrepreneurial journeys. This initiative was spearheaded by 200+ skilled faculty members. Moreover, 4500+ young minds submitted their innovative venture ideas, with 1500+ participants engaging in intensive boot camps to refine their prototypes. In the designated districts Rural Kannada of Karnataka, 300+ innovators bravely pitched their enterprises. Through dedicated efforts, 40 winners received grant money totaling Rs. 40 Lakhs, enabling them to kickstart their ventures. This sustained support from Ms. Sindhu Gangadharan Madam continues to uplift lives and foster a culture of innovation and resilience among disadvantaged youth.

In this journey of empowerment, we draw inspiration from Ms. Sindhu Gangadharan Madam, whose indomitable spirit and visionary leadership have left an indelible mark on the landscape of technology. Her illustrious career at SAP, marked by her rise to become the first woman to lead SAP Labs India, is a testament to her unwavering dedication and unparalleled expertise. As the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of SAP Labs in India, she has not only driven product development and innovation but has also championed the cause of diversity and inclusion.

Under the esteemed guidance of the Honorable Chief Minister, the 'Stree Samarthya Yojana' unfolds as a comprehensive support system, a beacon of empowerment for women entrepreneurs.

Diverse and impactful - 749 members are actively engaged in crafting sustainable Arecanut Plates, while 554 contributors specialize in supplying quality office supplies. Together, these 1303 Self-Help Group (SHG) members are shaping a vibrant entrepreneurial community, focusing on these two identified products by us.

This transformative initiative is making strides across 31 districts, with significant progress already achieved in four districts, underscoring the widespread and growing success of the project in fostering sustainable entrepreneurship and economic empowerment.

Additionally, each member is eligible for Rs 1 Lakh Soft Loans, further facilitating their journey towards financial independence and business sustainability.

Our collaborative initiative, specifically tailored for the Self-Help Groups (SHGs), engages in a thorough analysis of key business facets. This includes in-depth examinations of manufacturing processes, technology integration, marketing strategies, quality control mechanisms, and considerations of raw materials. The detailed assessment is designed to discern the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats unique to the SHGs through a comprehensive SWOT analysis.

In tandem with Kamtech Associates Private Limited, our approach extends beyond conventional training. We provide essential training materials, establish robust market linkages, and develop tailored branding content to facilitate sustainable growth.

As the implementation partner, we at Seventh Sense Talent Solutions, alongside UNDP in India, Citi Foundation, NITI Aayog and Atal Innovation Mission Officialare committed to empowering the youth of Asia-Pacific.
