Leaders from SignOff Semiconductors, along with the co-founders, recently came together for a day of experiential learning and reflection.

Through shared challenges and conversations, the team stepped back from the pace of work to explore a simple but powerful question:

How do we translate experiences into everyday leadership at the workplace?

The program created space for managers to reflect on their behaviours, listen to diverse perspectives, and connect their insights back to the way they lead their teams.

Always energising to see leadership teams pause, reflect, and recommit to the kind of culture they want to build together.

Last week, a group of leaders stepped away from their everyday roles and into an experience designed to slow things down—and make learning real.
