This one is about building production AI that helps engineering and construction teams deliver complex, billion-dollar capital projects with greater intelligence and confidence.
Wrench Solutions is looking for an Applied AI Product Engineer to join our existing R&D team and enhance the capabilities of Wrench AI.
You will work at the intersection of:
โข Large language models, RAG and agentic workflows
โข Engineering document intelligence
โข Project schedules, risks and project controls
โข Enterprise-grade evaluation, security and reliability
โข Real-world EPC workflows and project data
This role is for a hands-on builder who can move from an ambiguous business problem to a dependable production capability.
We would particularly like to hear from engineers who have:
โข Strong Python and backend engineering skills
โข Built and deployed AI or ML applicationsโnot only prototypes
โข Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, retrieval and model evaluation
โข The discipline to build for accuracy, explainability, performance and cost
โข Curiosity to understand complex engineering and enterprise workflows
โข A genuine desire to see their work used by real project teams
