Job Title: HR Recruitment
Job Description:
• Able to handle the end to end Recruitment process.
• Monitoring the vacancy need for the internal external client.
• Identifying and sourcing the right candidate to match the suitable opening in the organization.
• Utilize and manage maximum source like paid job portals, free job portals, employ referrals, Head hunting other Sources.
• Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidates and processing the shortlisted candidates for next level of interview with the internal external client.
• Coordinating, scheduling & follow up interview from the first level to the final level of interview with the client company.
• Follow up with both the candidate and the client to regular basis.
• Doing verification & the other formalities before the joining of the candidate.
• Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, and quality).
• Full ex*****on of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, regular communication with candidates and managers) including the recruitment administration.
• Administers job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies (and keeps promises done to job applicants).
• Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs).
• Develops pool of internal and external talents.
• Explores the new recruitment channels and gives recommendation to the Recruitment Manager.
• Ex*****on of the recruitment social media communication, ruled by approved Marketing and HR Marketing principles.
• Monitors the job market and prepares and summaries of the main job market movements.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree
Communication knowledge: English Fluency is mandatory
Work Experience: 06-12 months
