Responsibilities

Handle merchant outbound calls on the helpline number
Track each call, issue and maintain records
Coordinate with new/existing merchants towards excellent experience
Liaison with intra departments towards seamless operations
Monitor merchant activities through internal tools
Call merchants to report software issues affecting Zomato application
Analyze data and provide product related feedback – urgent issues
Actively participate in team meetings
Skillset Required

Graduates with minimum 1-2 years of work experience
International call center experience would be an added advantage
Excellent communication & comprehension skills
Excellent attitude and a good team player
Smart, enthusiastic and pro-active individuals
Temperament for providing exceptional customer experience
Basic computer and operational MS-Office knowledge
Ability to work in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality

We are hiring for Key Accounts Executive for one of our clients in a stem cell banking MNC .

Job deals with Marketing the concept , its a 50 % field and 50 % in house counseling pregnant women in a top birthing concept hospital .
client visits attract extra earnings in terms of per visit and presentation apart from salary.

1] .she would be placed at designated Hospital/ or two hospitals.

2] Counseling pregnant ladies at the Hospitals to generate leads.

2] Calling the expectant mothers/fathers to fix appointments for free

presentations

at the hospital premises or at their residence

3] Meet expectant mothers/fathers at their desired place & provide free

laptop

presentations.

4] Enrolling the expected clients , complete the documentations, collect

payments from

expectant mothers/fathers.

5] On receiving phone call from the client inform the logistic support the

date, time &

place of delivery.

6] Reporting daily activities & l

eads follow ups through C.R.M on daily basis.

7]Providing informations on competition & other relevant datas as asked

for.

8] Maintain good relations with the existing clients for reference.

9] Meeting doctors of the particular hospitals.
