We are thrilled to announce our new collaboration with the iconic global brand, BIRKENSTOCK!

At RetailView, we believe the most effective learning happens in the real world, not just a training room. That's why we've partnered with BIRKENSTOCK to develop and deliver a cutting-edge training program for their store staff, transforming their retail spaces into dynamic, interactive classrooms.

💡 Using the Store as a Living Classroom:
Instead of pulling teams away from their natural environment, we're bringing the training directly to them. Here’s how we're leveraging the BIRKENSTOCK store space for an immersive learning experience:

Interactive Product Bays: Staff aren't just learning about the rich history and podiatry benefits of BIRKENSTOCK footwear from a manual. They are engaging directly with the products on the shelves, practicing their storytelling and sales techniques in the very aisles where they'll interact with customers.

Real-Time Scenarios at the Cash Desk: The checkout counter becomes a stage for role-playing complex customer interactions, return policies, and upselling opportunities, ensuring staff are confident and prepared for any situation.

Customer Journey Mapping on the Floor: We use the actual store layout to walk the team through the customer journey, identifying key touch points for engagement and service excellence from the moment a customer enters to the final "thank you."

This "on-the-floor" approach ensures that learning is contextual, practical, and immediately applicable. It empowers the BIRKENSTOCK team to build not just product knowledge, but also the confidence to deliver the exceptional customer experience the brand is known for.

As the North-East continues to rise as a promising retail frontier, the 3rd North East Retail Summit (NERS 2025) has firmly established itself as a catalyst for industry growth, meaningful partnerships, and regional development. It was a privilege to be part of this conference, especially in a region so deeply connected to the future of Indian retail, and where I belong.

Personally, this event brought back memories of our early days —when our very first advertisement appeared in RAI Magazine. That moment marked the beginning of our journey—when we dared to share our retail training and consulting service with the retail world. (Both organised and unorganised)

Fast forward to today we are 18+ years old , we’re proud to be working with some of the best retail brands across India based out of BANGALORE. We’ve built a strong network of Retail specialists /advisors who guide us time to time.
