What does it take to keep one of the world’s largest delivery networks moving every single day? For Arpit, it starts with staying curious, thinking like an owner, and never losing sight of the customer at the other end of every package.

Over nearly 10 years at Amazon, Arpit has seen Amazon’s delivery network in India evolve at incredible speed. Along the way, he’s grown through leadership development programs, mentorship from senior leaders, and opportunities to take on increasingly complex roles. He credits large-scale peak operations as some of his biggest learning experiences - “the best classroom” for building resilience, adaptability, and leadership in fast-moving environments.
