Position Description:
This position requires the ability to work into Salesforce development, administration & production support. We are seeking a talented and energetic individual with strong work ethics, a natural problem-solver with advanced communication and interpersonal skills, a positive 'can do' attitude and a passion for software development.
Must Have Skills:
• 5-6 years of total experience (with minimum 3 years recent experience with Salesforce)
• Experience with both Sales Cloud as well as Service Cloud
• Salesforce Developer certification - DEV401
• Salesforce/Force.com custom development using Visualforce and Apex, Salesforce APIs
• Good understanding and experience of web technologies such as HTML, XML, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery
• Ability to administer SalesForce.com
• Experience with SFDC data migration concepts and tools
• Experience of leading a team on client project is desired
• Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as work individually, should be a self-starter, and should be able to motivate the team
Preferred Skills:
Experience of Salesforce1, Salesforce Lightning and Wave Analytics
Knowledge of integration platforms such as Dell Boomi and / or Informatica
Modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks such as AngularJS
Some formal education in Computer Science theory (BE/Btech, Comp Sci, MCA, CDAC)
