Job Summary
The CFO will be responsible for designing and executing financial strategies that support our long-term business goals. This executive will oversee financial planning, risk management, treasury, and investor relations. By providing strong leadership, the candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management to ensure the financial health and continued success of SVF Soya Pvt Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Risk Management & Compliance : Oversee risk management policies, ensuring rigorous adherence to statutory guidelines and industry regulations.
Financial Planning and Analysis : Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives, providing insightful analyses to assist in strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the financial spokesperson for the company, effectively communicating with investors, board members, auditors, and other key stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Mentoring : Cultivate a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Experience : More than 20 years of progressive leadership in finance or banking, with a proven track record in managing complex financial operations in high-growth or large corporate environments
Background : Preference for candidates who are either retired banking professionals with a wealth of experience or current CFOs from larger companies prepared for a transformative challenge in a more agile organization.
Education : A professional degree or certification in finance (e.g., Chartered Accountancy, MBA in Finance, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
Skills : Exceptional strategic planning, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills; demonstrated ability to effectively manage risk and communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently.
