Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

• Help with employee relations activities, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
• Maintain and update HR records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
