1. Manager O & M In charge - 4 to 6 years’ experience in facility management with Graduate/ Diploma Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Capable of handling all services).

2. Supervisors - 4 to 6 years’ experience in facility management with Diploma Electrical / Mechanical Engineering (Capable of handling all services).

3. Multi Skilled Technician (skilled) - 2 to 5years experience Diploma holder MEP / 5 to 10 years ITI in electrical engineering / AC Technician cm Chiller Operator (skilled) / 2 to 5years experience Diploma holder / 5 to 8years ITI in Air conditioning operation and maintenance/ All Engineers and site in-charge managing HT/LT electrical distribution should have valid Electrical Supervisory permit issued by Electrical Inspector. Govt. of Karnataka.

4. Plumbers/Fitters (skilled) - 2 to 5years experience ITI in plumber trade or 5 to 10years in plumbing related works

5. Fire Technician ( skilled) - 2 to 3 years of experience ITI and certified in fire safety equipment

6. Carpenter (Skilled) - 2 to 3years experience ITI in or 5years in related works
