A strong foundation makes a strong building. The foundation of a nation are its citizens. Only good citizens can make a great nation.
While we fight against the corruption in government, we must also accept the small or big difference we could have made but we haven't. That is the real revolution we need.
The politicians you see around us have been one among us sometime back. Our weakness made them strong. Don't you think so?
We can fight them today but what about tomorrow? How do we know the leaders of tomorrow will not be corrupt.
We, the people, have to change. We have to improve as a person, as an employee, as an employer, in all ways of our lives.
Lets change ourselves, one small step at a time. Thats all.
Lets improve a bit, professional & personally.
We have to find aspects that need to change, then a good way to implement. Thats where we, as an organization want to get involved.
You find it, we fix it.
You can also suggest how to fix it if you have ideas.
Where possible, we will turn these fixes into a business opportunity to make the change self sustainable and automatic - a good change must have good incentives and we want to ensure it.
