2022 has been an amazing year for us! We're very grateful for the many collaborations we had with some remarkable individuals across the globe.

This year we had:

4 live workshops - Workplace Neuroinclusion 101
7 awareness-building sessions for our corporate clients
3 panel discussions
1 keynote presentation
2 new corporate clients signed up
1 new educational client signed up
2 documents produced on neuroinclusion

In 2023 we look forward to:

The biggest advice anyone can give to all those heading initiatives, especially NT leaders in projects is this.

Listen to people! That's the only way. You can't do it without us. Don't even try.

100% of adults were children once.

De-voicing adults, or denying their place in the decision-making process, is like trying to learn French while refusing the assistance of a French person.

people deserve a seat at the table. That's what the movement is about. Stop pretending you don't know.

Neurodiversity refers to variation in the human brain regarding sociability, learning, attention, mood, and other mental functions in a non-pathological sense. Everyone is to some extent differently-abled (an expression favored by many neurodiverse people), because we are all born differently and raised differently. Our ways of thinking result from both our inherent “machinery” and the experiences that have “programmed” us.

It is been the experience of many employers that neurodivergents have special 'strengths, but that also comes with special 'challenges'. A growing number of prominent companies have reformed their HR processes in order to access neurodiverse talent. Among them are SAP, Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Microsoft, Willis Towers Watson, Ford, and EY. Many others, including Caterpillar, Dell Technologies, Deloitte, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, and UBS, have a start-up or exploratory efforts underway.

Neurodiversity Inclusion is a booming subject and there is so much potential and opportunity that is waiting to be tapped into.

Introducing Elisabeth Wiklander, an achiever and a messenger of hope to all people on the spectrum. In 2016 Elisabeth was appointed a Cultural Ambassador of the National Autistic Society in the UK. She is on the autism spectrum, diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome, and has helped people touched by autism since 2006, becoming a public autism advocate in 2015. She has given a TEDx talk on autism broadcast live on the internet and is in high demand for her autism support and as a public speaker.

Elisabeth has been gracious in offering her support to the Neurogifted Project. She will also be featuring in the International Neurodiversity Conference - India 2021.
