Position : Salesforce Developer and Configurator

Location : Kochi

Experience : 4y - 8y relevant experience

Joining : Immediate to 30 days

High level responsibilities :

- Understanding of requirement and gap analysis

- Solution designing and documentation

- Product configuration and Customization

- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the platform. Eg: governor limits.

- Support the sales and business development team with defining winning solutions and proposals.

- Ability to understand the business requirements and converting them into a detailed solution keeping in mind business & financial factors

- Design a technical architecture solution that may span multiple platforms and include integration. Have the acumen to propose alternative solutions as well.

- Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for a technical architecture

- Have the ability to foresee risks far ahead in the game and put in place action items to mitigate risks.

- Experience in Source Control.

- Functional knowledge of unit testing and best practices around it.

- Effective communication skills to deal with customers, peers & subordinates.

- Ability to work with multiple/distributed teams

- Support including, but not limited to, SFDC configuration and bug fixes, preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for day to day process. Handle enhancements to the existing SFDC applications.

- Establishes realistic project timelines and completes all assigned programming requests within projected time frames.

- Requires the ability to come up with creative technical solutions while applying Salesforce best practices and working within coding standards

- Proactively share the status updates with Lead/Manager

Qualifications :

Technical Skills (Must Have) :

- At least 4+ years of experience in Force.com platform : Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL

- Have a good understanding of the cloud computing concept.

- Knowledge of the Salesforce product landscape. Sales Cloud and force.com

- Expert level Visualforce, Apex, and SOQL knowledge.

- Expert level of Salesforce configuration, workflow, approval process and other features

- Good knowledge and understanding of Web Service APIs for integration purposes

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Should have participated in, and be familiar with, Agile (Scrum) project methodologies

- Expertise in various cloud data loader tools such as Informatica on Demand and data migration principles

- Prior experience with Concur, Veeva.

- Knowledge in the healthcare domain, the concept of sales territory hierarchy

- Sub-domain experience in HCP compliance and aggregate spend reporting, speaker bureau and event management (for HCP - Health Care Professionals)

- SFDC Certifications in either of DEV, Administration Sales Cloud, Service Cloud

Education :

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Master's Degree in computer application or equivalent

Position: JDA SCPO - Technical Consultant
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 6 to 9 years
Type of position: C2H and/or Permanent
Joining: Within 30 days or less

Responsibilities :
- Install, configure and customize product based on the customer and project needs. Should be owning all the environment and a single point of contact for any technical queries.
- Understand Customer infra landscape and come up with architecture design and diagram. Should be an expert in Visio or any other tools. Should have high level knowledge in cloud technologies and should be familiar with the basic network and Cloud terminologies.
- Participate in customer design workshop and provide design inputs.
- Review the integration design by middleware team and suggest best practices, be familiar with REST and SOAP architecture.
- Create inbound and outbound adapters based on the customer enterprise integration, inbound can be SOAP or JMS and Outbound can be JMS with Oracle Weblogic/IBM MQ or any other middleware.
- Liaise between Consulting, Support and Cloud Services to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements during on-boarding of new customers or during upgrades or patch updates.

- Review an existing application set up and perform an assessment for suitability to upgrade.

Skills and Experience
- JDA SCPO knowledge preferred
- Knowledge on PL/SQL and Java
- Proficiency in Basic networking/FTP concepts
- Knowledge of EDI process / EDI mapping.
- Knowledge in Mulesoft Integration.
- Knowledge of any DevOps model will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of sizing the hardware on private / public clouds will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of designing high availability applications will be an added advantage.
- Great communication skills
- Client handling experience is a must
- Should have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of any defect management tool will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Windows/Unix commands and troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to IMB Message queue in terms of configurations.
- Exposure to setup products in clustered mode.
- Troubleshooting setup issues and provide resolution with consultation with Support/PD in timely manner.
- Should be able to mentor new associate in the project.
- Should be able to provide guidance in terms of new features to Customer based on the Product Road Map.
