Immediate opportunity for Business Development Executive
Work Location: BSK 3rd Stage
-Minimum 1 year experience with knowledge in pharmaceutical industry
-Ability to travel anywhere in Bangalore and in Karnataka
-MBA / BBA Graduates and experienced in Medical representative profile
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Looking for dynamic candidates capable of meeting Advocates and Doctors and explain about the products of legal services and generating and closing leads, performing market research and co-ordinate with operations team and clients/customers.
• Healthcare Industry knowledge, marketing / sales orientation, appreciation of customer needs, ability to meet sales targets, communication & presentation skills, Researching & Prospecting skills, sound understanding of healthcare business principles
• Responsible for identifying opportunities, evaluating its fit with the company vision, negotiating and closing deals
• Carry out market research through healthcare industry contacts, publications, professional events, news to identify ideas for growth
• Reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals
• Filter out high potential deals by analyzing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities
• Design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counter-parties preferences & goals
• Lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen
• Constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives
• As the face of the organization, you will also help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community
• Two wheeler compulsory
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Minimum 1 year experience with knowledge in pharmaceutical industry
