Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelance HR recruiter to join our team on a remote basis. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in recruitment, with expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions. As a freelance HR recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
* Review resumes and credentials for suitability and alignment with job requirements.
* Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
* Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to management.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a freelance HR recruiter or similar role.
* In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
