🎯 Job Responsibilities
✅ Make outbound calls to business customers
✅ Generate qualified leads for the Amazon Business Team
✅ Explain Amazon Business products & services
✅ Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities
✅ Update customer details in CRM
✅ Achieve daily & monthly calling targets
✅ Coordinate with the internal sales team for lead handover
🎓 Eligibility
✔ Minimum Qualification: **12th Pass**
✔ Experience in BPO, Telecalling, Customer Support, Voice Process, Sales, or Lead Generation is preferred
✔ Freshers with good English & Hindi communication skills are welcome
