Today, I’m overwhelmed with pride, gratitude, and a flood of memories. When we started Swaayam, we dreamt of creating a platform that would truly empower job seekers and simplify hiring for employers.
But here we are, a community of 1 million+ users strong, and the journey has been incredible!
Building Swaayam has been one of my life's most challenging and rewarding experiences. I’ve learned that every small step counts, that the highs are only as meaningful as the lows, and that failure is another stepping stone (sometimes a pretty painful one!) to success.
