What started as a quiet curiosity slowly grew into a genuine respect for the craft behind every roast.

Through hands-on learning, careful experimentation, and time spent understanding flavour, Munish Gupta discovered that coffee roasting is as much about intuition as it is about technique.

The SCA Roasting course at BerryCo helped deepen this understanding, offering clear insights into the journey from green coffee to a finished roast.

Each session brought more confidence and a stronger sense of how roasting choices influence balance, consistency, and character in the cup.

Today, as the Founder of Windsor Chocolatier, Munish continues to carry these learnings into his wider pursuit of flavour and craftsmanship, where thoughtful decisions and attention to detail guide every profile.
