This is an individual contributor's role.
Inside Sales, cold calling, meeting clients for pitching of recruitment and staffing services to hiring companies across.
Startups, MSMEs, Corporations, and MNCs
New Business Acquisition.
Lead generation by maintaining own Database through Internet research, Social Media, Job Boards and References
Researching the needs of hiring companies and learning who makes decisions about recruitment vendor empanelment.
Interaction with CEOs and Hiring Managers for pitching of recruitment and staffing services.
Creating and sharing proposals
Understanding Job Specifications of hiring companies and passing them on to the Recruitment team to service.
Outbound Calling, Cross Selling and Upselling, Relationship Management.
