DISABLING DIFFERENCES
It is International Day of Persons with Disabilities today. At the Buzzaar on Saturday (5 December 2020), we turn the spotlight on Indian children's books that feature people of different abilities and show us why an inclusive world is a much better one!

Dr Meenu Bhambhani disability studies scholar, joins us to talk about why we have to create a world of equal opportunity, and what it takes to literally walk that talk. Meenu, who has had post polio paralysis in her left lower limb since she was five-months-old, has worked to address issues of disability inclusion right through her career, be it at the World Bank, at Mphasis, and currently as head of CSR and Diversity & Inclusion at State Street Corporation in the Asia-Pacific.

*** THIS EVENT WILL HAVE INDIAN SIGN LANGUAGE (ISL) INTERPRETATION ***
