We are looking for quality profiles for Manager- Data Analytics for a large business conglomerate. Preferably from Retail Domain.

Key Deliverable:

1. Handling all data requirement = canned reports / ad hoc reports from all brands across our Client Industries & across geographies. This needs to be managed in an efficient & systematic manner.
2. Planning investments for future – Plan investments so that our client has the adequate tools & staff for managing the increasing data.
3. Managing of partners in the near future for successful delivery of data & campaigns
4. Should be seen as a thought leader in the area of retail analytics within our client.
5. Arrive at new / unique loyalty metrics for Encircle.

Profile:

1. 5 yrs of retail analytics experience – preferable a mix of india & international
2. CRM, loyalty marketing, direct marketing and/or relationship marketing background is preferred
3. Hands on exp on SQL skills / advance Excel / excel macros will help.
4. Understanding on Data warehouse concepts.
5. Working familiarity with any BI tools like Qlikview, SAS. Tableau, Spotfire etc
6. Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and draw valid conclusions
7. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Experience:

1. 10 - 13 years experience in marketing, retail & analytics
2. MBA from a good institute
3. Age 30 - 35 years
4. Good process orientation, Communication & People handling ability, Recruit, manage & mentor teams members in this domain, ability to work under pressure
5. Strong leadership skills including the ability to engage in formal & informal presentation with senior leaders of the company
