We are in the process of submitting marketing proposal with a leading Public Sector situated in Bengaluru.
This Public Sector Unit is certified Test Lab and is in the process of getting NABL Certification.

• EMI/EMC TEST LAB – as per MIL Standard (461 –E/F/G)
• CONDUCTED EMISSION – (CE 101/102/106)
• RADIATED EMISSION – (RE 101/102/103)
• CONDUCTED SUSCEPTIBILITY – (CS 101/114/115/166)
• RADIATED SUSCEPTIBILITY – (RS 103)
• CISPR STANDARDS 11, 12, 16-1-1, 16-1-2, 32 IEC 61000-4-2, 4-3, 4-4, 4-5, 4-6, 4-11, 4-29

• SAFETY LAB – as per Standards: IEC-60950-1, 2005/A1-2005/A2-2013

• SPECIFIC ABSORPTION RATE (SAR) TEST LAB – as per Standards: IEC 62209-1/IEC62209-2/IEEE 1528. Lab to be ready by Mid 2019

• SECURITY TEST STANDARDS: as per IOS/IEC 7025:2005. Lab to be ready by Mid 2019

IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, THE MANUFACTURING FACILITIES AVAILABLE IN THIS UNIT ARE;
^ PCB MANUFACTURING – UP TO 8 LAYERS & 16 LAYERS IN OTHER UNIT
^ CNC MECHANICAL FABRICATION – UP TO 48 OPERATIONS IN ONE SETTING. (Presently manufacturing GPON frames).
^ INJECTION MOULDING – FROM 30 Gms. TO 120 Gms. Of all types of plastic material except PVC and Thermosetting MATERIAL. (Presently catering Defence order also)
^ 3D PRINTING – RAPID PROTOTYPE PRINTING MACHINES WITH MULTI COLOR POLYFLEX PRINTING AS PER THE REQUIREMENT OF THE CUSTOMER.
Sufficient spare capacity is available to take up manufacturing orders of PCB, Fabrication, Injection molding and 3D printing.
