THE UNIVERSAL LAW OF HARMONY:

The universal law of harmony requires that you practice of unselfish concern for others. It makes sense, since the energies of others affect your energies and yours theirs. This means accepting others just as you accept yourself. The ideal way is self-forgetfulness.

Essentially, manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you think it, and it will come.

However, there is more to manifestation than willpower and positive thinking. As Angelina Lombardo, the author of A Spiritual Entrepreneur, tells, “manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality... via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions."

Realizing Dreams using Manifestation Techniques:

Manifestation is the idea of filling your thoughts with things you positively speak about. Before you embark on the journey, you have to believe in yourself.

1. Affirmations

Affirmations are statements said in confidence about a perceived truth – your wish-list to the Universe.

2. Visualization

If you’re looking for the most powerful manifestation technique, then visualization should be your best bet. This technique has been in use for many ages and yields stunning results.

3. Use Vision Boards

If you’d like to make your dreams real, a vision board will help you achieve that. It involves making concrete presentations of what you believe in.

4. Scripting

This is a powerful technique that helps you become an architect of your dream life. It involves pulling your deep-rooted desires and putting them on paper.

5. Decisive Action

The last step of manifesting your dreams is to seize the moment through focused actions that incline perfectly with the dimensions of your dream.

Final Thoughts

Now you know how to manifest anything in your life. Instead of accepting the world offers to you, you have a deliberate role in creating the life you want.

Mistakes happen, and temptations will sometimes get the better of you. However, all is not lost. You can still escape. And you better do it quickly before it takes over your life.

Given all this, here is your four-step process escape plan…

Step 1: Immediately Distract Yourself
Immediately, the moment you are caught up in the instant gratification trap you must distract yourself with another activity or at the very least separate yourself from the temptation you are currently indulging in.

Step 2: Focus on the Big Picture
Now that you doubt your own behavior, it’s time to create the motivation you need to help you re-focus and move forward. To do this, consider the rewards and long-term pleasures you will derive from walking away from this temptation.

Step 3: Eliminate Temptations
You must now leave this temptation behind and get back on track as quickly as possible. However, don’t just forget about what just happened and return to your usual daily routine. If you do this, then you are likely to fall back into the same instant gratification trap as before.

Step 4: Learn from Your Experience
Now, it’s vital that you take the time to learn from this experience.

You made a mistake, and that’s perfectly fine. Everyone makes mistakes. We’re human after all. However, because we’re human, we are also very capable of learning from our mistakes and adjusting our course of action accordingly.

To break free from the habit of instant gratification, it’s imperative that you consciously work through the following five-step process.

Step 1: Know What You Want
Your first step is to get a sense of where you’re going. If you don’t understand where you’re going or what you are going to be working towards, then it’s easy to get distracted by the temptations that life throws your way.

Step 2: Identify Potential Obstacles
Along your journey towards fulfilling your long-term vision of the future, you will confront many problems. Some of these problems will, of course, surprise you in unexpected ways.

Step 3: Build a Strong Support Network
To avoid falling into the instant gratification trap, it’s paramount that you build a strong support network. These people will help support you during difficult moments along your journey

Step 4: Set Clear Boundaries
It’s crucial at this stage to set clear boundaries or rules about what you will do and what you will avoid doing at all costs.

Step 5: Create a Reward System
Finally, take time to create a reward system that will help keep you motivated long-term.

Reward yourself not so much for what you’re doing, but instead, reward yourself for staying away from possible temptations that could distract you.

Six steps to overcome your insecurities:

Step 1: Identify Your Insecurities
The first step is all about awareness. You need to identify the types of insecurities you typically struggle with. This will require uncovering irrational beliefs and unhelpful thoughts that are at the core of your insecurities.

Step 2: Practice Being Objective
It’s time now to challenge your insecurities.
Your insecurities are nothing more than interpretations you have made about yourself, others, circumstances, or about what will or won’t happen. On the surface, they are just opinions and perspectives you have latched onto.

Step 3: Reflect on Your Successes
Your next step is to take a moment to reflect on your successes and accomplishments.

Have a think about all that you have done and successfully achieved over a lifetime. Consider the challenges you faced and how you overcame them.

Step 4: Assess Your Circumstances
With a higher level of self-confidence at your disposal, you’re now ready to begin evaluating the nature of your circumstances.

When we feel insecure about something, we convince ourselves that things are going to be a certain way. Subsequently, we reflect on the worst case scenario, which forces us to retreat back into the safety of our comfort zone.

Step 5: Engage in Positive Self-Talk
It’s time now to prime your body and brain for action. One of the best ways to do this is to involve yourself in positive self-talk.

Step 6: Make a Full Commitment
The final step is to make a full blown commitment to overcoming your insecurities.

Making a commitment isn’t something you just do in your head. It’s rather something you adopt into your life.

There are 3 “TYPES OF BELIEF”.

1. Existence (A)
One of the simplest beliefs is that some given thing exists. The classic existence belief is the belief in God.

For existentialists, the belief is in the outer world. If you realize that what we perceive is an internal inference of what happens in the outer world, then our first belief is that what we perceive truly exists.

2. Association (A:B)
We understand things in terms of other things. Thus we say A is like B or related to B in some way. You look like your father. A rose is a sort of flower.

We also have an entire map within our heads of what we know. Think about something and other things come immediately to mind.

3. Equivalence (A=B)
We assume that things are the same, although in reality, everything is different, including two pennies, if you look closely enough.

The trap of equivalence belief is in when we mean 'some elements of A are similar to some elements of B', and then shorten it to 'A is B'. For example, you might might say 'You are stupid'. I could then be mightily upset because I equate all of stupid to all of me. The verb 'to be' is thus a very dangerous word!
