Fundamental Principles:
• Security and Guarding services are a necessity for every industry and other organizations, but availability of suitably trained manpower is highly scarce in the market. This is due to the fact that the Security Services Industry though has already grown as a profession, is still not considered very attractive and worthwhile to many. This feeling has to be changed through
proper training and appropriate compensation. They will be made to realize that effective performance of their allotted duties will give them recognition and respect.
• And, the management shall strive to give impetus for learning and mitigate the difficulties of the members of the organization by maximization of compensation for good work, so that each member can take advantage and benefits from the organization, for their career development. Vision statement:
• The Agency shall endeavor to safeguard Men, Materials, Information and Buildings that are entrusted by the Customers’ organization to the Agency and endeavors to provide customized industrial security (Guarding) services, at all times.
• These are achieved through persistent efforts in developing security personnel to perform their duties at high competent levels by adopting regular training and adhering, both in letter and spirit, to the Security Service Delivery Management System (SSDMS).
• The Agency shall periodically upgrade SSDMS according to the enhanced security requirements of the industry. Policy on Employment:
• The Management of the Agency adopts and follows the set “Procedures in Selection and Appointment” for the purposes of identifying, attracting, and retaining the talents with an objective of rendering customized industrial security and guarding services.
• In the process of selection and appointment of candidates, the Agency shall strictly refrain from appointment of candidates below the age of 20 years and further refrain in nepotism or favoritism on the basis of caste, color, creed, religion or language, but insists only on the suitability of the candidate with appropriate job attitude for the sustainable growth of the organization and for accomplishing the Vision of the Agency.
• Further, the Agency endeavors to provide appropriate opportunities to the employees for their continuous learning and career growth in the organization. Training policy:
• The training policy of the Agency is to envisage for the enhancement of competency of personnel continually through developing skills and knowledge for effective performance of the assigned duties, resulting in Quality Security Service Delivery to Customers.
• To achieve the above, the Agency shall impart relevant training to all levels of employees and help the employees in enhancing their competency and building their career and through which the Agency will accomplish the organizational goals.
• The Agency shall adopt the philosophy of training as “Pursuit of Performance Excellence through Education and Training”
