· Plan, develop and implement strategies for Human Resource Management and Development (including policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counseling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development).
· Maintain Attendance Sheet and HR MIS Report.
· Joining formalities and relieving procedure.
· Should be knowledge about contract labour act & Factory Act.
· Liaison with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
· Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc.
· Develop and Maintain healthy relation with Govt. and Non Govt. Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.
· Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns and reporting.
· Managing end to end HR deliverables for HR operations and Employee relations across entire employee life cycle.
· Exit interviews and perform analysis of the same to identify issues/patterns and work towards resolving them.
· Liaisoning with the senior Labour Officer in P.F & E.S.I.C and Labour Department etc.
· HR/Industrial Relations.
