Held on 11th November 2025 at Hotel Eefa Lawns, the session featured officials from Canara Bank — Zonal Head for MSMB Sulabh, Regional Head – Loans and Officer from the Regional Office — who shared valuable insights on banking products and opportunities for businessmen.

Visit to Pai Bakery by the LBF members.

Impressed by the automation and efficiency in their factory, where 40 food products are expertly crafted. What stood out even more was their 70% women workforce, led by the inspiring MD Mrs. Jyotsana Pai.

We were heartened to see an inclusive workplace that employs disabled and special women, fostering a healthy and empowering culture.

A big thank you to Mrs. Pai for facilitating our visit and letting us indulge in some freshly baked delights! 🍞🥐

LBF's Factory Visit to MG Automotives, Desur

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our first factory visit to MG Automotives (Bus & Coach) Pvt. Ltd., Desur. Our members gained valuable insights into the automotive industry and its design processes.

July 2, 2024 — The Lingayat Business Forum (LBF) held its monthly meeting at the Masonic Hall in Camp, Belgaum. The event saw dignitaries from the Lingayat Business Organisation, Sangli joining the meeting, fostering a spirit of collaboration and interaction between the two chapters.

The meeting was attended by more than 60 members of LBF, who engaged in productive discussions and networking opportunities. The presence of notable business leaders from both Belagavi and Sangli chapters added significant value to the event, making it a memorable occasion for all attendees.

The forum continues to strengthen ties within the business community, promoting growth and mutual support among its members.
