We Techno Fincorp started our Mutual Fund distribution in October -2017 and our office is situated at Aashraya Empire, RPD Corner, Khanapur Road, Belgaum 560006
When we initially started our Mutual fund distribution, we have in mind to start our placement services as well. We have waited to stabilize the Mutual fund distribution to start the placement services.
We have completed 6 Months survey with Belgaum Industries and Educational Institutes to understand the needs and challenges to bridge the gap at maximum level possible to address.
Now we have inaugurated our Placement services cell on 26th August 2018 to start our services to fulfill the requirements of Belgaum city Industries, Corporate Companies, Banking and Insurance sector needs with,
• ITI / Diploma Holders
• Graduates ( BCom / BBA / BCA / BA and any other streams )
Not concentrating on Engineering and MBA graduates due to retention issues raised during our first round of discussions with the industries.
We have 25+ years of rich man power experience with corporate Industries in HR and recruitment field before we started Techno Fincorp firm.

We will do the resume scrutiny as per the Industry requirements job description to shortlist the profiles. Then we will do the one on one session with candidates before sending for interview to cover,
• Soft Skills (Interview Skills, Resume preparation, Information about Company etc)
• Goal setting and Career Path to make sure the candidate will serve minimum of 3-4 years of service with one industry with company hierarchy
We have dedicated training room to conduct the soft skills training.
