Looking for Association / investment / Buyer /
In September 2007, I started to make an infrastructure for "Entrepreneur" to enhance livelihood and environment of rural area. It is to reduce the gap between City - Town and villages.
Road - rail and phones network has quietly connected them. An infrastructure, Lab of pilot plant scale, workshops and training programs to develop industrial, management and financial skills are required.
I completed in November 2008 : One and half acres ( 60000 sqft) land for Farm Management, half acres (25000 sqft) for water management, 20000 sqft for pilot plant, Lab and other theoretical skills based bldg and plant shed for industries based on Rural activities and making better environment;
My experiments and trials were initially to understand "Farming practices".
I opened the project to public on 27 September 2011 in the presence of Collector.
I divide Farming in to two Pre and Post Harvesting activities. Basic infrastructure for Farming, Irrigation, Fertigation, Seed preparation, Pesticides, Collection, Storage, Handling, Packaging and finally processing "Value addition" for marketing. Basic industrial attitude to use, save and reuse of resources and energy for Farming.
In this journey, I learned " Construction" better ..hahahaaa ! resulted in to "The Wall". The magic solid waste is "Fly Ash". All basic ash from Coal, wood and organic waste ( rice husk) are available here. Wall care, putty, water proofing, cement additives etc can be produced and applied for rural area.
Land, Building, Irrigation, Green house and machines worth more than INR 150,00,000/- .
I am looking for a Team and Finance since 2012.
Feeling little nervous and tired. Entire infrastructure is awaiting for next action.
