With the distinct advantage of the invaluable experience and support Modest has gathered, it was a natural progression from Ship Repairing to Ship Building, having added a shipyard at Ramsar in Bhavnagar, Gujarat,India. has grown to its present status due to its continuous effort to provide high quality and best services to satisfy Customer Requirement on time, every time, to the Shipping Industry Worldwide. Modest Infrastructure Ltd, with its commitment to providing the best services to its customers has got an ISO 9001:2008 certification from Indian Register of Quality systems. Modest Infrastructure Ltd, is a professionally Managed company with its Management having the requisite experience and capability to handle any kind of challenges in the present day scenario. On 27th July 2012 Dempo Shipbuilding and Engineering Pvt.Ltd., a subsidiary of Dempo Group of Companies, bought a majority stake in Modest Infrastructure Limited, with the intention of expanding shipbuilding vertical of Dempo Group.
