PM-SETU Training of Trainers Programme at CRISP
The PM-SETU Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme at CRISP continues to equip ITI trainers with industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills in emerging technologies. Over the first two days, participants gained insights into Mechatronics systems, industrial automation concepts, and their real-world applications, while also engaging in hands-on training sessions.
The programme covered PLC practical exercises for motor and conveyor control, introduction to Human Machine Interface (HMI) and its communication with PLCs, HMI screen development, alarm and fault management systems, and practical exercises on HMI programming and PLC communication.
Through a combination of theoretical learning and practical exposure, trainers are enhancing their technical capabilities to meet the evolving demands of modern industries.
The Programme began at CRISP with an inaugural session attended by Mr. Abhay Arun Mahishi, Regional Director, DGT, and Mr. Amol Vaidya, Director, CRISP. The dignitaries highlighted the importance of upskilling, reskilling, and staying updated with emerging technologies.
