❗️❗️❗️ THESE ARE THE WAYS I GOT FIVE SALES IN REAL ESTATE WITHOUT SPENDING ANY MONEY ON ADVERTISING.❗️❗️❗️
Three years ago, I started my own digital marketing agency. I have helped many business people generate leads.
My portfolio also contains some testimonials.
Over time, I became ATTRACTED TO THE REAL ESTATE NICHE and began servicing real estate business owners / agents / consultants.
One day, I realized that social media platforms can be used to support people who are working at ground level to grow their real estate businesses.
Sharing the knowledge I've gained so far has really helped me gain support and followers.

In the past, I shared only TIPS AND STRATEGIES, not practical things.
The other thing I learned from my mentor was...
🤏🤏As the saying goes, "If you want to teach something, you must do it yourself first".🤏🤏
To get it done, I started doing ground level work.
I got some listings from the sellers, searched for buyers, got some leads and made many cold calls.
Finally, I was disappointed with ZERO results. Looks like all are interested, some have even visited, but nobody has expressed any interest.
Do you know what to do next?
Despite my best efforts, I failed...
In a few days, I find a profile that says "I will help freelancers to get $10k in 90 days without spending money on ads".
I contacted him because it sounded very interesting.
🔥My favorite part of the training was learning MANY MANY strategies on how to get leads and sales without spending money on ads.
Previously, I always hunted for clients, but after training, clients started calling me to sell them something. Sounds great, right?
What an amazing knowledge I gained.
With new knowledge, I started again and applied what I learned.
Slowly, people started calling me instead of me calling them.

More than 100 inquiries > More than 50 visits > 5 people decided to buy through me.
