We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to oversee our end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to evaluating and onboarding successful hires. Responsibilities :
• Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Utilize multiple online channels.
• Craft compelling recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.
• Review and screen incoming resumes and applications.
• Conduct interviews through phone, video, and in-person formats.
• Promote job openings on our company's careers page, social media platforms, job boards, and internal networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Facilitate the negotiation and issuance of job offers, addressing candidate inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Track and analyze key HR metrics including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.
Requirements and Skills :
• Proven experience in HR recruitment or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Strong familiarity with various sourcing techniques and referral programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated sound judgment in candidate evaluation and selection.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a relevant field.
