👉 In this video, I share 3 simple steps for idea validation:
1️⃣ ସମସ୍ୟା chinantu (Identify Pain Point): Healthcare, agri supply chain, education—Odisha re bahut real problems achhi.
2️⃣ ଗ୍ରାହକ test karantu (Customer Test): कम से कम 10–15 local loka ku pachharantu—“Apana eha pain payment karibe ki?”
