A productive meeting in Ottawa with His Excellency Dinesh Patnaik, High Commissioner of India to Canada — and a genuine highlight of the week.

SPARC Global's CEO, Arnav Mishra, had a candid and forward-looking conversation with H.E. Patnaik on the growing momentum behind Canada–India relations and what a renewed Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) could unlock across emerging sectors — from agriculture technology and forestry to education and beyond.

The progress that H.E. Patnaik and his team have driven over the past six months in rebuilding and strengthening this bilateral relationship deserves real recognition. Diplomacy of this nature creates the foundation on which partnerships like ours can thrive.

SPARC Global looks forward to playing its part — supporting initiatives that translate stronger Canada–India ties into tangible economic and technological outcomes for both nations.

SPARC Global was pleased to participate in a meaningful engagement with Hon. Anita Indira Anand, Minister of Foreign Affairs, alongside government and industry stakeholders focused on Canada's evolving strategic and economic partnerships across key global markets.

Our CTO, Parsa Riahi, joined conversations on how technology-led ecosystems — spanning defence industrial strategy, critical minerals, and agricultural supply chains — can underpin Canada's long-term competitiveness as it deepens trade relationships with partner nations. SPARC's GeoAI capabilities and digital infrastructure are squarely positioned to support this agenda, enabling data-driven decision-making at scale across exactly these sectors.

A warm thank you to Jake Sawatzky and Eshana Bhangu for bringing together such a thoughtful group of leaders. Looking forward to turning these conversations into tangible outcomes.
