🚨 भूकंप से लेकर आग तक — 151 स्कूलों में होगा आपदा सुरक्षा प्रशिक्षण

बिलासपुर जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण द्वारा विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों को आपदा के दौरान सुरक्षित रहने और प्रभावी ढंग से प्रतिक्रिया देने के लिए 151 वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालयों में चरणबद्ध प्रशिक्षण एवं प्रदर्शन कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं।

इस पहल के तहत 116 सरकारी एवं 35 निजी विद्यालयों को शामिल किया गया है। प्रत्येक विद्यालय में लगभग 90 मिनट का व्यावहारिक प्रशिक्षण एवं प्रदर्शन कराया जाएगा।

🔹 प्रशिक्षण के प्रमुख विषय:
• भूकंप के दौरान Drop–Cover–Hold तकनीक
• प्राथमिक उपचार एवं CPR की जानकारी
• सुरक्षित निकासी एवं आपातकालीन निकासी अभ्यास
• अग्नि सुरक्षा एवं आग बुझाने वाले उपकरणों का उपयोग
• आपदा के दौरान सुरक्षित प्रतिक्रिया एवं बचाव के उपाय
• आपातकालीन किट तैयार करने की जानकारी
• विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों को विभिन्न आपदाओं के दौरान अपनाए जाने वाले व्यवहारिक उपायों का प्रशिक्षण

विद्यालयों में व्यावहारिक प्रदर्शन (Mock Drill) के माध्यम से विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों को आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में सुरक्षित रहने और प्रभावी प्रतिक्रिया देने का अभ्यास कराया जाएगा।

जिला प्रशासन एवं जिला आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण द्वारा सभी संबंधित विद्यालयों से निर्धारित कार्यक्रम को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने तथा प्रशिक्षण में अधिक से अधिक विद्यार्थियों एवं शिक्षकों की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित करने का आग्रह किया गया है।

Familiarization Exercise (FAMEx) Commences in Bilaspur District

📍 Bilaspur | 14 September 2026

The 14th Battalion, National Disaster Response Force (NDRF), Nurpur (Kangra) commenced the Familiarization Exercise (FAMEx) in Bilaspur district today. The exercise will continue from 14 September to 26 September 2026, focusing on strengthening disaster preparedness, community awareness, and effective disaster response mechanisms.

On the inaugural day, the NDRF team, led by Inspector Ashok Kumar, Team Leader, met Sh. Rahul Kumar, Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairman, DDMA Bilaspur, at 11:00 AM and briefed him on the objectives, planned activities, and schedule of the exercise.

The first Disaster Awareness and Preparedness Session was subsequently conducted at Government Senior Secondary School, Jamli, where students, teachers, and local residents were sensitized on disaster preparedness, safety measures, evacuation procedures, and effective emergency response techniques.

The FAMEx will further strengthen capacity building, inter-agency coordination, community preparedness, and disaster response capabilities across the district.
