Flashback to yesterday. Baked 2 loaves for today’s Artisan Sourdough Bread workshop. Played with 2 of my favourite formula’s - one is the Breadgasm Loaf with the 6 seed mix and the other is the Sun-dried Tomato and Green Chilli loaf. Paired beautifully with Sudha’s Vegetable Stew and Prawn Curry. Life is :)
