100 days.
Not pretty. Not easy. Not glamorous.
Early morning drills when the body said no.
Strength sessions that broke us down before they built us up.
Days we questioned everything.
Days we wanted to quit.
There were moments we stood there, exhausted…
thinking this is it… we’re done.
There were silent tears.
Loud doubts.
Heavy legs.
But somehow — we showed up again.
And again.
And again.
Our first HYROX. HYROX Bengaluru.
100 days out — just a date on the calendar.
No guarantees. No idea what we were walking into.
We weren’t a team back then.
Just familiar faces.
Now? Built through sweat, pain, and showing upwhen it wasn’t convenient.
KROME — this didn’t happen without you.
The space, the energy, the people… and that constant “you’ve got this” when we needed it most. You set the tone — we just rose to it.
& — you saw it before we did.
You pushed us in, told us we were ready even when we weren’t sure.
Every cue, every correction, every push — that edge mattered.
@danymappala,Laya, Ratheesh, and A heartfelt thanks everyone who trained with us for HYROX, and to all those who supported us along the way.
you didn’t let us stay averageYou pushed, challenged, and made sure we showed up better than yesterday.
And to our friend turned coach — ._.baburaj .
This one runs deeper.
You didn’t just train us — you built us.
You understood us on days we didn’t understand ourselves.
You tested us when we thought we were at our limit… and then showed us we weren’t.
You pushed. You scolded. You demanded more.
Not for the sake of it — but because you knew what we were capable of.
And because of that…
we stood on that start line ready. We crossed that finish line strong.
Injury-free. Composed. In control.
That doesn’t happen by luck.
That’s coaching done right.
This wasn’t just a race.
This was 100 days of becoming something more.
And we’re just getting started.
