A single, serene surface conceals a multitude of functions: a bathroom door, walk-in wardrobe, and dressing table, all hidden behind a stunning botanical artwork. A split AC blends seamlessly into a louvre system, creating a sense of refined simplicity.

One wall hides a bathroom door, a walk-in wardrobe door— all behind a single continuous botanical artwork. a split AC tucked inside a louvre system, and a dressing table contained inside a pocket. Nothing interrupts the room. Nothing fights for attention. Just one surface that holds everything quietly.
Refinement at the start. Not the end.

Soft, quiet, and intentional.

A subtle floral pattern running across the wardrobe, warm muted tones, and a clean vanity tucked into the corner—everything designed to feel light, yet layered.

Nothing loud, but nothing boring either.

Calm is designed, not accidental.

Warm wood, soft textures, and quiet symmetry—everything working together without trying too hard.

This is where we feel at home. Minimal, refined, and effortless.

Elevated for the view. Rooted in the landscape.

Proposed in the hills of Kasargod, this modern mid-century home lifts its primary living spaces to the first floor—opening up uninterrupted views of the valley.
Below, the ground level quietly merges with the terrain, allowing the architecture to settle into its surroundings.

Clean lines. Warm materials. Thoughtful placement.
