Every year, before the season picks up pace, our Technical Leads step away from the parks and come back to the basics.
This year, our Annual Technical Lead Training Program was held at Pothundi Dam Adventure Zone where our people who run the daily operations at every Youngwind site sharpened their technical skills, revisited safety protocols, and trained in the life skills that make them better leaders on ground.
Because at Youngwind, growth means one thing: Learn. Unlearn. Relearn.
That's the mindset we build into every training and it's what keeps our adventure parks running safe, sharp, and always improving.
