• Installed Coated Wire Capacity: 1800 MT per month
• The polymer coating section is equipped with state-of-the-art extrusion systems for uniform coating thickness, excellent adhesion, and long-term corrosion resistance.
Our facility integrates automation, quality control, and process efficiency to deliver ISI-certified products that conform to Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) IS 16014:2024 – Class 1 and Class 2 specifications for gabion and coated wire manufacturing.
