AQ Mechanical & Electrical manufacturing (India) pvt. Is 100% Owned subsidiary of AQ Group AB, Sweden and based at Chakan in Pune. AQ India has started operations in 2012. We specialise in design and manufacture of dry type transformers and inductors of capacity from PCB mounted transformers (e.g. RM6 Transformers) and inductors to 500 KVA. We have in-house Vacuum Pressure Impregnation facility

(VPI) and a full-fledged simulation and testing facility for transformers/chokes. We are currently manufacturing products for various applications ( e.g. Solar, Wind turbines, Automation, telecommunication, traction etc.) and have several projects running with Bombardier, ABB, Siemens, Emerson, Alstom, Hind Rectifier, Centum Electronics, MAK control systems etc. in India. We are supported by similar, but larger facilities in the AQ Group at Bulgaria and China and a centralised design service from AQ Sweden and AQ Italy. We also have state of the art manufacturing facility for Wiring harness and Sheet metal (Welded enclosures) here in India.
