New immigration draw held on August 25, 2022, Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) invited a total of 629 applicants to apply for permanent residency (PR).

Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand candidates were required to have a provincial score of 65 – which is the lowest cut-off score for the SINP general draw in 2022.

Canada is planning to introduce major changes to the Express Entry system!

Aiden Strickland, a spokesperson on behalf of Canada’s immigration minister said that the proposed changes would allow IRCC to invite candidates based on the country’s economic goal.

I am regulated Candian immigration consultant (RCIC) . Writing here regarding candian immigration :

Express entry :
If bill C-19 will be passed , immigration minister will have more power to conduct express entry draw based on which group of people he want to invite for permanent residency for example truck driver group , information technology and etc . Ex*****on of Previous entry draws based on CRS cutt of score will be halted . Furthermore , NOC code will be replaced by the Teer system and truck drivers will be eligible for the future express entry draw .

For PGWP , 18 month extension policy hasn’t been implemented yet . Though minister said to be executed in the mid of June of 2022.

A motion approved by the Commons last month, minister is working to create a program within 120 days timeframe . However , program will be unlike last year temporary residency to permanent resident pathways .

Super visa :
Stating July 4 , For parents and grandparents , government of Canada extended super visa to 5 year per entry .

Citizenship application:
Candidate should stayed 1095 days as permanent resident in canda to become eligible for candian citizenship. We can assist trucker to accommodate data with Exit/ entry from USA .

Visitor visa :
Temporary policy allow visitor to convert their status to work permit within Canada until February , 2023

LMIA: For businesses , LMIA rules eased by the government of Canada to apply . The percentage of cap increased and restrictions are removed .
