Roles and Responsibilities
Carry out all the tasks like drafting letter, initiating communication, collecting
researching,analyzing data to prepare documents for review & presentation.Day to day Planning and
managing Directors Diary.
Analysing various MIS reports and presenting the summary of the reports to the MD every day.
Organizing internal and external meetings, events and teleconferences, including booking venues,
travel tickets ,arranging accommodation and taking minutes as required.
Maintain confidentially and privacy at all times in respect of these and any other communications
which are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities.
Report directly to Managing Director and act as point of contact for all the internal as well as the
external customers.Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Required Candidate profile
EXPERIENCE IN PHARMA COMPANY
Candidate should possess a regular MBA degree from a reputed institute (MBA in Operations
preferred).
Candidate with good personality & communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Ms Office, Ms Word, Power Point,Google Sheets etc.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
Excellent time-management, and problem solving & analytical skills.
Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
