Job Responsibilites
- Should have a sound knowledge of all the bidding portals like Elance, Odesk, Guru, virtual Worker etc.
-To Manage entire Bid Process in order to ensure adherence to Leighton’s Procedure and Clients Specifications.
-To Manage & Coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid.
-To manage competency and efficiency of bid in order to achieve competitive price and improve profit margins.
-To liaise with site team, vendors and sub-contractors on information in order to produce correct bid.
-To work on construction methodology, taking into consideration safety aspects in order to consider all relevant costs in the bid.
-To manage planning dept in order to prepare tender construction programmer with all related information such as labor & material histogram, staff histogram, determination of numbers of P & E, etc.
-Experience in handling overseas clients
-Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills. (Mandatory)
-He should be ready to work in after noon shift.
