Just wrapped up a dynamic 5-day workshop on Communication Skills with aspiring educators!

Over the course of the week, I had the privilege of facilitating engaging sessions for B.Ed. students of Shri Sai Shikhan Mahavidyalaya, Chandrapur—future teachers who will soon shape minds and hearts.

We dived deep into essential communication topics:

👉Emotional Intelligence in Communication

👉Interpersonal Communication

👉Technology and Communication

👉Overcoming Communication Barrier

Each session combined interactive activities, storytelling, group discussions, and curated videos—making learning not just informative, but truly transformative.

What stood out the most?
The students' energy, curiosity, and eagerness to grow. Watching them engage with the content and each other was both inspiring and rewarding.

Feeling grateful to have been part of their professional journey and growth as communicators and educators!

Very happy to share, On the occasion of International Women's Day conducted a training for High School Girls of Vidya Niketan School, Chandrapur on
"Girl Empowerment" with Women's Day theme "Choose to Challenge" aims to call our gender inequality and celebrate women's achivements. It seeks to spreed awareness about the importance of choice.

So happy to be in my School.
The students were interactive
and participated in all activities with enthusiasm.
